Federal Government Shutdown

During the recent shutdown, the State Historic Preservation Office continued to review Historic Preservation Tax Credit applications, nominations to the National Register of Historic Places, and projects subject to Section 106 of the NHPA. At that time, our federal agency partners requested we not forward any projects, applications, or nominations to their offices; now that the government has re-opened we are forwarding materials to our federal partners. However, please be aware that federal project review may continue to be delayed as federal agencies resume operations and address backlogs.
