The Koehler family purchased the Danes Hall in Waupaca, Wisconsin, due to strong historic ties to their own Waupaca Danish family. Their efforts have solidified the Danes Hall as an architectural and ethnic cornerstone to the community.

The Danes Hall was constructed in 1894 and was designed by noted architect William Waters. A stairway from the 1990s was removed from the dance floor and two original stairwells were restored. An elevator was discreetly added for ADA compliance. The exterior brick was cleaned and repointed. All exterior windows were restored and re-glazed. Interior plaster was repaired and woodwork was restored.

Baum Revision played a major role in the preservation of the Garver Feed Mill in Madison, Wisconsin.

The Garver Feed Mill was constructed in 1906 as the U.S. Sugar Co. The building was remodeled in 1929 as the Garver Feed and Supply Co. From 1997-2018, the building sat vacant and was subject to water infiltration and vandalism. For four years, Baum Revision participated in dozens of public meetings and negotiations with the City of Madison. In the summer of 2019, the Garver Feed Mill reopened as a beautifully rehabilitated food production facility and community space where 11 local businesses thrive.
