| Additional Information: | 2025; L-shaped footprint with a contemporary Queen Anne inspired porch and a rear addition at the east; foundation material is obscured by the lattice work underneath porch line and by foliage; vinyl or aluminum siding; asphalt roof with brick chimney; single and double vinyl double-hung sashed casement windows; a bay window is at the south façade’s first floor. Post-1983, the porch was extended across the west façade, and a turned balustrade with spindled spandrel and fan detailing at corner brackets of porch supports were added. The previously enclosed sunroom was modified to form a secondary porch with similar detailing as main porch. |
