This 1-story Bungalow was constructed c.1910. It is rectangular in plan with vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled front-gable roof. The front elevation faces north and is symmetrical in plan with a projecting entry bay containing a central front door flanked by banks of multi-pane windows. A 1-over-1 window is located just below the gable of the main building mass. Single 1-over-1 windows are located in the side elevations.
