NOTES
Additional Information:Since the subject building was last surveyed in 1979, its half-timbering has been covered beneath a layer of stucco and a one-story addition has been constructed on the primary (north) and east elevations, loss of integrity, an updated survey card has been provided.

2020: This 2-story Craftsman house was constructed c.1935. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation clad in brick veneer, stucco walls, and an asphalt-shingled front-gabled roof with overhanging eaves and triangular brackets. The front elevation faces north and is asymmetrical in plan due to an off-center front door within a 1-story addition that wraps around the east corner. Windows in the addition are single-pane casements. The front door is sheltered by a flat roof that projects from the face of the house. The second story contains two singly-placed 6-over-1 windows. A shed-roofed wall dormer is located at the second story of the west elevation. Since 2005, all windows in the addition have been replaced (previous window openings were round-arched; current openings are rectangular), a roof-top railing that wrapped around the addition has been removed, and a new shed roof has been constructed over the front door.
