Additional Information: | WOOD SHINGLES IN GABLESMOULDED WINDOW HOODS Plats indicate a farmstead under the ownership of Carl M. Bishop at this location as early as 1887. Bishop was born in 1848 in Wisconsin and married his wife Mary in 1875; they had five children. Bishop maintained ownership until at least 1899; however, the parcel had been transferred to H. Hollister sometime before 1908. In the 1950s and 1960s, the Wienke family owned the property. Resurveyed by Heritage Research (2011). |
