Additional Information: | This 2-story Front Gabled house was constructed c.1875 with a Queen Anne addition constructed c.1890. It is irregular in plan with vinyl siding and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan with a 1-story hipped roof porch spanning the width of the front-gabled building mass. The porch features turned wood supports and modern wood railings. Inside the porch is a single doorway with narrow transom and two 1-over-1 windows. The second story of the front-gabled mass contains two 1-over-1 windows. The Queen Anne addition contains cutaway corners with 1-over-1 windows and is capped by a gable roof with a small, single-pane window under the gable and decorative brackets supporting the roof overhang above the second-story cutaway corners. |
