Holub owned the building until 1925. Joseph Cheplak then served soft drinks here until approximately 1935. The building became the Sunny Side Tap around 1950.

Previously surveyed in 1980 (was clapboard); new vinyl siding as of 2007, building no longer meets criteria. Update photograph provided to reflect changes, not resurveyed.
