Previously surveyed in 1980, when it housed Kirby Vacuum Cleaners/Milmar Gift Shoppe. Since it was last surveyed, the storefront awnings were altered slightly, and an updated photograph was provided (2007). A building was at this locattion prior to 1930, when it was altered to its current appearance. The contractor was Martin Jezo, and the owner was George Slattery.
