NOTES
Additional Information:2-story gabled ell house constructed of regularly-coursed rusticated limestone with similar limestone quoins. The house has 1-story ells projecting from the rear elevation that are also constructed of stone.

2005-
The large symmetrical openings in the house are filled with modern single-light sashes. The ell's eyebrow windows have modern glazing. The original narrow front porch was replaced and enclosed in the twentieth century. The current porch has a shed roof and sashes with vertical muntins. A smaller enclosed porch with similar details projects from the east elevation.

Previously surveyed in 1993.

1993- "Rising from a stone and concrete foundation, this is a two story, gabled el structure with an enclosed porch. Although sheathed with stone, the craftsmanship involved does not resemble the other quarried stone structures found in the study area. Indeed, it is possible that this house utilizes a stone veneer over a frame structure. It is also possible, on the other hand, that this stonework simply reflects a later craftsman's style."
