Additional Information:SHINGLED UPPER STORY. Interior finishes served as a catalogue of the company's wall materials. Marie Weitzer bought the house in 1975.

Previously surveyed in 1980. When re-reviewed in 2007, the upper level, which had been sheathed with wooden shingles, had been re-sheathed with narrow vinyl siding. ALso, the supports were previously columns with volute capitals; they have been replaced with simple wooden porch supports.
