Additional Information:Sanborn maps indicate the house was built between 1908 and 1915. The property was previously surveyed in 1980. Henry Hefty is thought to be the original owner, he sold it to the Universalist church of Monroe. It was owned by the Universalist church of Monroe from circa 1940 to circa 1986.
