NOTES
Additional Information:Sometime after 1981, the roof was recovered with architectural shingles, a metal chimney replaced the two cream-brick chimneys, and a porch was added.

2016-The home located at 610 Cambridge Street is a two story, upright and wing, or front gabled and wing, home built ca. 1870. based on records provided by the City of Wautoma assessor’s office. The roof is covered in asphalt shingles and the exterior cladding is wood clapboard. A single story, covered porch runs the length of the wing’s façade with square, unelaborated column supports. The windows on the first floor, front façade are double hung with four panels of glass on both the upper and lower sash. The windows on the second floor are double hung with six panels of glass on each sash. A single dormer is centered on the front façade of the wings roof with a double hung window. The front entrance is a simple pedimented door surround. A two-car garage addition protrudes off of the back of the home. The home rests on a slab foundation and there does not appear to be a basement; most likely there is only a crawl space.
