| Additional Information: | This house contributes to the architectural significance of the proposed Jefferson Avenue Historic District as a good example of a Colonial Revival house. The wood shingle roof, overall symmetrical form and massing and fenestration suggst the style. An interesting entry pavilion features a wrought-iron roof balustrade, a curved arch opening with matching decorative shutters, and a recessed entrance. The windows of the house appear to have been replaced with modern casements. |
