NOTES
Additional Information:When first surveyed in 1975 this house was clad in wood clapboards. By the time it was resurveyed in 2021 it had been resided in vinyl clapboards. 2021: This is an early cruciform plan two-story-tall Queen Anne Style house, and it was probably built ca.1885. The house rests on cut stone foundation walls and it is now sided in narrow vinyl clapboards that are sheltered by the multi-gable main roof. The house still retains its decorative window surrounds and most of its possibly original two-over-two-light double hung windows. The owner was I. H. Sater.
