Originally constructed as a gymnasium, this building was remodeled to be a college fine arts building in 1962. Named after college president William C. Daland. WHEN MILTON COLLEGE CLOSED IN THE 1980S, THE BUILDING WAS REPURPOSED AS AN OFFICE BUILDING. IN 2013 IT WAS OCCUPIED BY THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF MILTON FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES (2013 INFORMATION)
