Additional Information:The walls are clad in clapboard and the roof is covered with asphalt shingles. The main facade faces southwest. Window openings contain one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacement sash.

2012- "The 0. E. Cornwell House, built in 1895, is a two-and-one-half-story rectangular-plan Queen Anne residence with walls clad in clapboard and an asphalt hip roof. 1 Intersecting gables project on the asymmetrical front (southwest) facade and side elevations; all feature decorative shingles in the gable ends, separated from the wall plane below by a belt course. The southeast features a two-story bay window. A single-story hip roof porch spans the front facade, supported by turned posts with a matching balustrade. Window openings contain one-over-one, double-hung, vinyl replacement sash."
