NOTES
Additional Information:The walls are clad in clapboard and the roof is covered in asphalt shingles. The front facade faces northeast.

2012- "This property is a two-and-one-half-story Queen Anne residence built in c.1895. Resting on a coursed ashlar foundation, the walls are clad in clapboard. The gable-on-hip roof is covered in asphalt shingles and has a dentilled cornice that encloses wood-shingled cross gables on the front (northeast) facade and northwest and southeast (side) elevations. A flared, shingled belt course and cornice separate the first and second stories. The asymmetrical front facade is dominated by a large cross gable with a square window in the gable end and a central window with a stained glass transom on the lower story. A hip-roof front porch shelters the main entrance and an engaged second-story porch is located directly above. Both porches have turned posts and spindle balustrades. Other window openings contain one-over-one, wood, double-hung sash."
