Additional Information:Windows contain one-over-one, vinyl, replacement sash. The enclosed porch with modern replacement doors spans the front (northeast) facade.

2012- "The Catherine Fox Duplex, constructed in 1920, is a two-and-one-half-story vernacular cross-gable residence. An enclosed porch spans the symmetrical front (northeast) facade. Two nine-light modern replacement doors, flanked by sets of four windows, provide access to the separate residential units. The walls are clad in asbestos siding and the hip roof is covered in asphalt shingles. The large enclosed cross gables on all four elevations are clad in decorative wood shingles. The cross gables on the side elevations project slightly and have canted walls. Windows contain one-over-one, vinyl, replacement sash."
