Additional Information: | 2012- "This property is a c.1900 two-and-one-half-story American Foursquare residence built on a rusticated concrete block foundation with brick walls and a hip roof covered in asphalt shingles. A flat roof porch spans the main elevation, supported by wood columns resting on a poured concrete deck. Window openings have segmental arch brick headers and concrete sills. Hip-roof dormers are centered on the front (southwest) facade and side elevations and feature triple windows with twelve-over-one double hung wood sash. Other window openings contain one-over-one wood double hung sash in paired and single configurations and a picture window on the main elevation features a leaded-glass transom.
