Additional Information: | Vernacular one story plus attic cottage of frame construction with clapboard siding. The central wing was built in 1883 and the kitchen wing to the south was added soon after. Original cost was $400.00 Louvered vent in a Gothic Revival frame in gable. Current owner added garage and apartment. Current owner only the third woner. Gayton was a bookkeeper with a lumber company. |
