| Additional Information: | 165 North Brown Street Tastee Freeze This small, one-story, contemporary commercial building was erected for a Tastee Freeze in 1955 (Wisconsin Industrial Commission "E" files, note date March 14, 1955, that building had been inspected and approved). It features a flat roof that is cantilevered to form a canopy over the front of the building, and windows that angle outward. This building housed a Tastee Freeze for two or three years, and then was vacant until at least 1965 (Rhinelander City Directories). |
