Additional Information:1982 - This frame one and a half story bungalow with a sloping roof penetrated by a gabled dormer has decorative shingles in the gable ends, a rectangular two story bay on the north, a small oriel styled window on the south, window cornices, leaded glass and a porch supported by short posts on masonry bases.

2016- "Constructed c.1920, this one-and-one-half-story house has a rectangular plan and rests on rock-faced concrete block foundation. The walls are covered in vinyl siding and the front-gable roof is covered in asphalt shingles and features a gable dormer on the side (south) elevation. The roof has wide eaves and scalloped shingles in the gable ends. A hip-roof porch spans the front (west) facade and features square columns on square, rock-faced, concrete block piers, and a railing of open concrete blocks. The central main entrance is flanked by groups of windows comprised of a large, central, fixed-sash window with leaded-glass transom flanked by narrow, three-over-one, double-hung sash windows. The peak of the west gable also features wood, one-over-one, double-hung sash windows with a metal awning. A hip-roof oriel is located on the south (side) elevation, and other fenestration includes single- and three-light fixed sash windows in a variety of groupings with simple wood surrounds; vinyl shutters have been added. A shed roof carport addition is located at the southeast corner."
