Additional Information: | 1982 - A brick bungalow on an elevated basement with a sloping roof that extends over a full length porch (now enclosed). A gabled roof dormer, purlins under the eaves, elongated rectangular windows over clear plate glass further characterizes this house. The front entrance has been moved to the front of the porch. 2016- "Constructed c.1920, this one-and-one-half-story bungalow has a rectangular plan, brick walls, and rests on a brick foundation. The low-pitched, side-gable roof features overhanging eaves with knee braces, exposed rafter tails, and a prominent gable dormer centered on the front (south) facade. The eaves extend on the front facade to shelter a porch, has been enclosed with brick, and features grouped casement windows with simple wood surrounds. The main entrance consists of a glazed metal door flanked by curved glass block walls. Other fenestration includes four-over-one, double-hung sash windows in single and grouped configurations with simple wood surrounds, and a leaded, multi-light, fixed-sash window.
