NOTES
Additional Information:Katherine Egan, a widow, lived here between c. 1895 and c. 1924. Initial research indicates that none of the occupants of this house are historically significant either individually, or as a group within the proposed historic district.

This building does not meet the criteria of the NRHP for architectural significance because of a lack of integrity. Also, it does not contribute to the historic character of the proposed historic district.

An earlier house stood on this site, as seen in the Sanborn-Perris maps. However, the footprint differs from the current house, first inidcated on the 1901 Sanborn. Tax records indicate a jump in value about 1895.
