Additional Information: | 2001 Architecture/History Survey for compliance case - In 1910, National Blower Works owned the structure, which consisted of a frame, sheet metal machine shop with an iron-clad primary facade. Sixteen years later, the property was owned by Geuder, Paeschke & Frey Company. A 1910 Sanborn Company Insurance Map revised in 1943 and 1951 reveals that the building was significantly larger, occupying the entire block. 2016 - Soldier brick cornice, concrete coping and sills. Continuous window band on south facade has been covered with corrugated metal and loading bay doors have been replaced. Modern office entrance on west end. **2020 - Resurveyed for I-94 Project 1060-27-04 by HRL: No change since at least 2016. |
