NOTES
Additional Information:The Tosa Theatre, constructed in the Art Deco style, was opened by Ross Baldwin in 1931. The theater was sold to the Marcus Cinemas chain in 1940, which owned and operated the theater until 1999. At some point during this time, the main marquee was removed. The building has had two owners since and is presently named the Rosebud Cinema.
