Additional Information:	Stucco bungalow unusual in Ashland for its exterior. Elevation and plan resemble other Bungalows in Ashland with roof dormer and front porch. (10: 801 Prentice Avenue. Bungalow was probably identical to this one at 805 Prentice Avenue). 2017: Some new windows; rectilinear upper sash of windows in gabled roof dormer no longer remain. 2022 - appearance unchanged
