This one and a half-story astylistic utilitarian storage building/barn features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a concrete foundation, a wood board exterior, a wood trim and a metal covered gambrel roof. Elroy-Sparta State Trail: "The Elroy-Sparta Trail is located on the adandoned Chicago-Northwestern Railroad bed and accomodates hiking, bicycling and snowmobiling. The trail passes through three rock-tunnels between Elroy and Sparta. Kendall and Wilton tunnels are 1/4 mile long and the Norwalk tunnel is 3/4 mile long." (See Bib. Ref. B). "The Elroy-Sparta Trail is the property of the State of Wisconsin and is a part of the State Parks System. It is operated by the Department of Natural Resources.
