Additional Information: | Early City Hall and first Fire Department after 1895 fire. The first fire station in Wauwatosa, partly inspired by the extensive and damaging fire experienced in the village center in 1895, was established by the newly formed city in 1899. The building was constructed with the City Hall and Police Station on the second floor and fire station and wagons below. |
