Additional Information:Architect not cited on permit; only the contractor, R.A. Uecker, Inc. Cost was estimated at $15,000.
Specification materials in the possession of the current homeowners indicate that the home's architect was Arthur L. Seidenschwartz. The blueprints are in the possession of the homeowners as well and the architect's signature block has been cut out.
The home's slate roof was intact as of 2010; however, it was removed by the Dulde family before its sale in Fall 2011.
