Bibliographic References:The Construction News, 27 March 1915, page 32, reported that Fred Graf had drawn plans for a $5,000 house on Maple Terrace for L.S. Suess. Review of census and city directory materials confirm that the Suess family resided at 6728 (formerly 6706 and 356 Maple Terrace) through at least 1940.
