Additional Information: | Bargeboards; veranda on east with turned work. Update 2007- This two story front gable house appears to have been built around 1910. It is of wood frame construction and rests on a foundation of rusticated concrete blocks. It is covered with wood clapboards. The house is a simple front gable rectangular plan with an open porch that extends across the front elevation. The porch features decorative brackets and is supported by turned wooden posts. Railings on the front porch are modern undecorated vertical wood grills. The house features an enclosed side porch with a shed roof. There are two additions on the rear of the house, one features a modern bay window. Bargeboards, though still present, have been modified since 1989. |
