NOTES
Additional Information:ABANDONED AS A CHURCH AT SOME DATE BETWEEN 1920 AND 1960.

2012- "This building is one and one-half stories high and has a front-gabled roof. A one story, shed-roofed entry bay projects
from the east (front) elevation, and a small one story wing projects from the west (rear) elevation. Fenestration is irregular
and consists of single and paired aluminum double-hung windows, and single casement windows. A wall dormer with two
windows is located in the north elevation. The buildings is clad in vinyl siding and has a composite shingle roof.

Research suggests that the building, which originally served as a Moravian church, was constructed in two phases: the
small rear wing (originally a log church owned by a Free Baptist congregation) was purchased by the Moravian
congregation in 1896. In 1915, another existing Moravian church building was moved from another location and attached
to the log building. In the 1920s, the congregation had abandoned the building."
