2012- "

2012- "This one and one-half story house was constructed around 1920, most likely as a simplified Bungalow. In the late 1990s,
the house was extensively remodeled into its current Shingle-style appearance. As it currently stands, the house has a
fieldstone first story, with prominent gambrel-roofed gables. The gables are clad in shingle and have aluminum eaves.
Fenestration is regular throughout the house and consists of paired and triple one-over-one double hungs and triple and
quadruple casements. A half-circular window is located in the front dormer.

Also located on the property is a pair of fieldstone benches (AHI #223028) which form a low entry gate. The benches
have square piers at each corner, and low walls on the east and west sides."
