| Additional Information: | This 2-story Commercial Vernacular building was constructed in 1922. It is rectangular in plan with stone veneer and aluminum siding and a flat roof. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in plan with a narrow bay along the south end of the façade that contains a single door providing access to the second story; a single 1-over-1 window is located above this at the second story. The remainder of the façade contains a storefront that has been altered via the application of stone veneer siding and downsized windows. A recessed entrance is located at the center of the storefront. A wood shingled awning roof spans width of the storefront; above this, the second story contains a pair of 1-over-1 windows and a bank of three 1-over-1 windows. Vertical brick pilasters separating the storefront bay from the private entry bay and at the northern corner of the building have been clad in aluminum panels. |
