NOTES
Additional Information:Lower windows have been altered; projecting wooden triangular pediment shaped window heads; gabled door hood.

Originally a frame house, this gabled ell house was brick veneered between 1884 and 1890 when owned by John Podratz. Now used as a small office building, the house has been altered by the addition of modern windows on the lower story and the replacement of the entrance door.

Presently used as a small office building, the John Podratz residence has been altered on the lower story and is not a significant example of the gabled ell form. However, the former residence does contribute to the historic character of the Main Street Commercial Historic District.

Initial research indicates that none of the residents of this house are historically significant, therefore the building does not meet the criteria for local history.
