NOTES
Additional Information:Decorative shingles on the gable ends of the dormer; enclosed full-length front porch with gablet over entrance. The Kerrigan house has been altered by the addition of metal replacement windows. This house was constructed between the years of 1900 and 1905, for Isabelle Kerrigan. This otherwise well preserved house does not meet the criteria of the NRHP for architectural significance because other more substantial examples of the Queen Annestyle exist in the city. Because little historical data is currently associated with the dwelling, it is currently historically insignificant under criterion B.
