Additional Information:THIS CLAPBOARD-CLAD HOUSE HAS BEEN RESIDED IN VINYL SINCE IT WAS FIRST SURVEYED IN 1978. The owner who sold the house in 1981 informed the SHPO office that the vinyl was added after 1981. Was remodeled into a mortuary in 1950. Pfiffner lived from 1859-1948, he was a lumber baron. Later owners included Charles M. Rosenow, Dell Moore and Peter and Mary Cesnakas.
