Additional Information: | Photo code: OU:FRV; DD:0,1. OAHP INVENTORY (07/1981): For the past 30 years the Isaar Cheese Factory has sbeen owned and operated by the Ulmer Family. Current production serves 23 patrons for a daily output of 24,000 lbs. and employs six individuals (four part-time) since its construction in 1915 by the Isaar Dairy Company, the plant has produced American and cheddar cheese. The existing structure measures approximately 45' x 75'. The single major addition consists of a concrete block expansion to the garage and boiler room which was constructed in 1965. The original structure has been altered substantially with stone facia and a new roof. |
