Additional Information: | 1995- small cruciform plan one-and-a-half-story Queen Anne style house was probably built in the 1890s and the original owner is still unknown. The house has a rock-faced concrete block foundation, its walls are clad in clapboard and the building is sheltered by a multi-gable roof covered in asphalt shingles. Most of the original decorative woodwork in the gable ends and on the small front porch appears to be intact and windows appear to be mostly original one-over-one-light double hung wood sash. The only significant alteration to the house appears to be the later addition of a one-story shed-roofed ell to the left of the centered, gable-roof one-and-a-half-story bay on the northeast-facing main facade. This small ell has a concrete foundation and windows that are out of keeping with the design of the rest of the house. 2018 - replacement siding, replacement windows, and multiple modern additions. |
