| Additional Information: | Sanborn-Perris maps show that this one-story stucco-clad Bungalow style house was built prior to 1933 for an unknown owner. In addition to the house there is also a garage of similar design located to the rear and south of the house. This one-story rectilinear plan has foundation walls and main walls that are clad in stucco, mostly nine-over-one-light double hung windows, and an asphalt shingle-clad hip roof that has hip-roof dormers facing east and south, both of which have been resided in aluminum and both of which still retains their four original nine-light windows, the center two of which are casement windows. A full-width open front porch spans the width of the main east-facing facade and it is sheltered by the east slope of the main roof. 1995- "This one-story rectilinear plan Bungalow style house was built prior to 1933 for an unknown owner. Although in very intact condition, the very simple design of this house makes it doubtful that it is individually'eligible for architecture." - "USH 14 Transportation Study ", WisDOT ID #1646-07-00, Prepared by Timothy F Heggland (1995). |
