Additional Information:Building of 1870 or thereabouts makes this an early example of the Queen Anne; the Queen Anne is prevalent and of a high quality in New London. Corner tower; scooped out gables; gothic arch windows.

The Methodist congregation built the parsonage around 1895. In 1973, the city purchased the parsonage from Bill Borchardt fro $13,000 and razed it for parking space.
