Additional Information:Builder was Way Building Co. Phillips lived here from 1925-1937. In 1908, he had been an Assistant Professor of mechanical drawing. From 1909-1921 he was a Professor at the University of Wisconsin in the Department of Drawing and Descriptive Geometry; he was also the Assistant Dean of the College of Engineering at this time. From 1921-1938 he was the University of Wisconsin Businees Manager; from 1938-1949 he was an Emeritus Business Manager.
