THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY FRAME HOUSE FEATURES A RUSTICATED CONCRETE BLOCK FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED JERKINHEAD ROOF. DECORATIVE BRACKETS APPEAR UNDER THE EAVE LINE AT EITHER SIDE OF THE DWELLING. AT THE FRONT, A LARGE SHED ROOFED DORMER PROJECTS OUT FROM THE MAIN ROOF IN THE UPPER STORY. DIRECTLY BENEATH THIS DORMER IS A GABLED BAY; IT TOO, PROJECTS FORWARD ON THE FACADE. THE MAIN ENTRANCE, WHICH IS LOCATED WITHIN THIS BAY, IS SHELTERED BY A SMALL GABLED PORTICO SUPPORTED BY METAL POSTS. A SHORT BALUSTRADED RAILING EMBELLISHES THE FLAT ROOF OF THE ATTACHED GARAGE WHICH IS SEEN AT THE SIDE OF THE RESIDENCE. |
