Additional Information: | This house is of type common to Steven's Point; it is a laborer's cottage -- poor man's version of the Victorian Italianate. The house was veneered with brick in 1893. The front porch was remodeled c. 1940 and c. 1992. Later owners include Edward Thiell, H.L. Bannister, Wayne W. Owen (1890-1964), Dorothy Hartleb Owen, Etta Owen and Margaret Owen Spink, and Karen M. Roth. |
