NOTES
Additional Information:2005-INSET ENTRANCE FLANKED IN CUT STONE, ORIGINAL STAINED GLASS WINDOWS. 1980-Originally this cruciform plan church featured a squat tower (very similar to designs by H.H. Richardson) rising from the central crossing. Removal of the steeple and the introduction of vertical siding above the heavy stone base reduced the impact of this design. Grouping of round arch windows have been retained on the side elevations, other details including brackets and string courses have been removed. Other buildings: WN 103/28 (school at 450 W. 12th Ave.); rectory & garage at 434 W. South Park Ave.
