NOTES
Additional Information:Surveyed in 1990 as 10337 N Cedarburg Road. The name of Agnes Siettmann was included in the "other Name" field at that time.

2017: No apparent changes to the house since last surveyed in 1990. An altered barn is located at the rear of the property.
Assessor’s records offer a construction date of 1900; appearance suggests it may have been built sometime shortly thereafter. Per a 1915 plat map, the earliest owner of record was E. Milbrath. Indeed, a Eugene Milbrath and his wife Adela resided in the vicinity as of 1920. Eugene worked as a bookkeeper at a lumber company—most likely the one in nearby Thiensville (where the family is found as of the 1930 census; Milbrath is by that time the lumber yard manager). As of 1927, the property was in possession of George Moersfelder; that same year, it appears that it was sold to William C. Lange. William died in 1947 and his second wife Lottie remained the owner until 1970, when she sold the home to her two stepchildren, William Lange and Mildred Ludwig. Lottie died in 1972.
