This two-story, commercial vernacular building was constructed by Enoch J. and Robert Fargo in 1907. It is clad in brick with a flat stepped roof and simple cornice supported by decorative brackets. The front (west) facade features three recessed entries accessed by concrete steps and two large, single-pane fixed storefront windows. A band of wood veneer has been added to the space between the first and second stories. The second-story facade displays minimal decorative details. Windows are one-over-one, double-hung sash with stone sills and arched stone lintels with brackets.
