Additional Information:September 2006-Last surveyed in 1996, this vernacular, side gabled house has since had its first floor, double hung sash windows replaced with large sliding examples. Also, the tripartite grouping of double hung sashes on the main (east) facade's wall dormer has been infilled with a smaller casement unit and clapboard. The adjacent barn is heavily modified. May 2017: No significant changes have occurred to this property since it was surveyed in 2006. 2024 - One and one-half story side gable house with vinyl siding, a lean-to addition, vinyl sliding windows, an asphalt shingle gable roof with dormers, and a concrete foundation. Outbuildings: Modified barn/restaurant with wood siding and gabled roof, an adjacent concrete silo, a gazebo, playground, corn palace, pedal cart track, music garden, gemstone mining area, cow maze, office building, café, Paul Bunyan chair, goat bridges, fun house, educational building, pumpkin building, orchard market, corn maze, small animal pens, giant slide, and orchards (apple, peach, and pear). The site converted from a dairy farm to an orchard in 1970, then to a restaurant and entertainment venue in 1993.
